In this fast-paced era, about 3 out of every 20 people suffer from mental illness and people of all ages are suffering from this disease. Even children are not safe from them. The majority are women.

We are all aware of the feelings of interest, sadness or happiness in daily activities but if they constantly sustain and affect our lives, it could be depression or some other mental illness.
