Computers have become an integral part of our lives, but it also means that we spend 8-9 hours a day in offices. This can be very dangerous to health and a 5 minute walk every hour can prevent this damage.


Be sure to lose weight, but do not stop eating and drinking, because it is necessary to gradually reduce the weight so that it is stable, losing weight too fast can damage the metabolism and gain weight on a long-term basis. Balance is the key to a healthy life, whether it is diet or exercise.


If you are often in the habit of eating out instead of at home, then this habit is harmful to your health. Eating out is also an additional expense while the quality of the food cannot be guaranteed.
