Home Remedies for Sensitive TEETH۔

It happens to most people that their teeth suddenly become sensitive and there is severe pain in the teeth when they eat cold or hot food or drink. Is caused by This condition is very painful and we want to get rid of it as soon as possible. We will tell you the cause of tooth sensitivity and what can be the treatment for it.

Why are TEETH sensitive?

Teeth become sensitive when the protective surface or enamel on top of them is removed. And the nerves in the teeth feel more like a cold, hot or acidic drink which causes pain.

There are several possible causes of dental allergies.

The tooth enamel has been lost due to the use of a stiff brush.
Excessive consumption of acidic drinks can lead to tooth loss.Hollow teeth,The filling
of the teeth is out.
Grinding teeth in bed.
Dental cleaning or treatment.


Symptoms of tooth decay are:
Feeling cold or hot in the teeth
Toothache caused by breathing in cold air redness or swelling
in the gums with proper
treatment, tooth sensitivity can be eliminated. In addition, some home remedies can be helpful in this regard.

  • Homemade tips to get rid of dental allergies.

  • (1). COCONUT OIL.
  • Put a tablespoon of COCONUT OIL in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse and brush your teeth.Do it once a day. The anti-inflammatory properties of coconut oil help to relieve toothache.


Mix half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water and rub twice a day. The antiseptic properties of salt help to reduce toothache.


Crush a clove of garlic and add a few drops of water and a pinch of salt. Apply this mixture on the affected tooth. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes then rinse. Apply once a day.

(4).CLOVE 🍀 OIL.

Mix one tablespoon of coconut oil with six drops of clove oil and apply on the affected teeth and gums. Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes then rinse. Apply once or twice daily.


Mix half a teaspoon of mustard oil with a pinch of salt and apply it on the teeth and gums.

If you suffer from severe dental allergies, include vitamins E and B in your diet, which reduce inflammation and make teeth and gums healthier. Almonds, spinach, beets, fish, eggs, meat and dairy products are rich in these vitamins.


(a).Use a soft brush.
(b).Gently brush your teeth.
(c).Avoid grinding your teeth.
(d).Avoid acidic foods.
(e).Take care of oral hygiene.
(f).Get checked by a dentist.also minimize the use of 🍨 🍦 ice cream,soda,hot 🍵 tea or coffee, 🎂 sweets, tomatoes,cold drinks and fruits with STRESS and brush 🖌️ after use.
