Millions of people around the world go through the same ordeal every day. Here are some expert tips that will help you sleep peacefully.

(1). TAKE A BATH🚿 WITH LUKEWARM WATER 💦.

Bathing with LUKEWARM WATER 💦before going to bed can be helpful even if you may not need to take a bath for cleansing purposes. After bathing, your body temperature drops, and research shows that lower temperatures can lead to sleep-like conditions.

(2). DON’T LOOK AT The 🛏️ BED UNTIL YOU FALL ASLEEP.

According to experts, it is not good to go to bed early to get more sleep. Experts say that eight hours of sleep is better than nine or ten hours of sleep.

(3).WEAR SOCKS.

Bathing alone is not the only prescription that will make you sleepy. Research has shown that wearing socks dilates your blood vessels and improves blood flow, which can help you sleep.

(4). TAKE A DEEP BREATH.

When we can’t sleep, we often try to sleep in different ways, but this exercise is not very beneficial. Yes, of course, breathing properly can eliminate your problem.

According to experts, inhale for four seconds, then hold it for seven seconds and then exhale through the mouth for eight seconds. This exercise will calm your body and help you sleep.

(5).GET OUT OF🛏️ BED.

There is no point in worrying about not being able to sleep in bed. As soon as this condition starts to get worse, get out of bed immediately and keep yourself busy in another room till you start falling asleep. According to experts, engage your mind in an activity such as solving puzzles, drinking tea, fixing clothes or any other activity that calms you down. Then when you start to fall asleep, go to bed.

(6).HIDE CLOCK⏰

Stop 🛑 staring at the clock! This will only add to your problem.According to experts, when you look at time constantly, you will make yourself more prone to stress. If you need an alarm to wake up on time in the morning, put it under a drawer or pillow so you don’t see it.

(7). WRITE DOWN THE PROBLEM.

If you have any thoughts about the day’s activities, it is best to write them down. This will help you relax. According to experts, when you are thinking about disturbing thoughts throughout the day, it affects your sleep. However, writing them down and making a to-do list for the next day will reduce the burden on your brain.
