Milk is a complete food, which contains calcium, protein, vitamins (A, K and B12), amino acids, fiber, sodium and other properties that play an important role in energizing the body.

It is said that you should drink milk for breakfast in the morning, which maintains the immune system throughout the day, however, experts say that there are many benefits of drinking 1 cup of milk at night, some of which are as follows.

Nowadays, young people, including the elderly, also suffer from insomnia, which affects their health, skin fatigue and lethargy throughout the day.According to nutritionists, milk contains an amino acid called tryptophan which helps in a good night’s sleep.

Drinking a glass of lukewarm milk at night gives the best sleep, waking up in the morning keeps the mood pleasant and improves health.

At the same time, milk increases the amount of melatonin in the body, a hormone that promotes restful and deep sleep.
