(1). Not getting ENOUGH SLEEP.

(e). TEA ☕ or COFFEE 🍵

These hot drinks can be helpful in suppressing the feeling of fatigue. Drinking a few cups of tea or coffee throughout the day alerts the mind and body to some extent, but there is a limit, as caffeine does not make up for the lack of sleep.
