Cut ginger into small pieces in 1.5 liters of water and then use it.

Ginger water prevents blood clots and thus balances blood flow. It lowers cholesterol levels and relieves joint pain, inflammation and swelling. This recipe is also a powerful antioxidant

It cleanses your body and builds resistance against many diseases, even cancer. To prepare it, first boil one and a half liters of water and when it starts to boil, cut the ginger into small pieces. Let it boil for a while and then take it off the stove and let it lie for about 15 minutes. When it cools, add lemon juice. Drink this drink twice a day for best results. Use it in the morning before breakfast and before dinner. While it eliminates obesity and joint pain, it also strengthens our immune system.
