How to sharpen the eyes?

Eyes are an invaluable gift of nature but nowadays many people suffer from visual impairment due to excessive use of computers, TVs, laptops, smartphones etc. and lack of good nutrition. There are many foods created by Allah (swt) that sharpen the eyesight and sometimes even get rid of spectacles.

Here are some of these foods:


(1).Carrots: 🥕


Carrots are rich in vitamin A, which eliminates visual impairment with age and reduces the risk of cataracts.

(2).CAPSICUM:

CAPSICUM is rich in Vitamin C which is beneficial for the arteries of the eyes.


(3).Lady fingers or Okra.


Okra contains compounds such as saxon and lutein.Lady fingers or Okra contains compounds such as zeaxanthin and lutein which can be helpful in improving eyesight.

(4) RED ONION:

Onions are high in an antioxidant called halotin, which protects the eyes from cataracts.

(5).SPINACH:

SPINACH is rich in iron and vitamin C which protect your eyes from the harmful effects of the sun.

(6). SUGAR:

Sugar contains a lot of vitamin A which is useful for improving eyesight at night and also helps to prevent vision from getting foggy.

(7).Cauliflower and Cabbage :

Cauliflower and Cabbage contain a certain amount of vitamin C which is very helpful in enhancing eyesight.
