Wrinkles on the face not only look bad but also make a person look older than his age. People who suffer from this problem at an early age desperately need to change their lifestyle. These people should not take stress at all, get enough sleep, eat a healthy and balanced diet, eat more carrots and drink carrot juice, increase the consumption of beets and cucumbers in their daily diet. In addition, the following prescription will be helpful in getting rid of wrinkles.


PRESCRIPTION.

Get two tablespoons of dry milk, one tablespoon of rice flour, half a tablespoon of tomato and three to four cloves of garlic, mix well and apply on face for 15 minutes *. If your skin is sensitive, check it by applying it on your hands first and then use it on your face,if you feel itchy or irritated,wash your face immediately.
