According to the American website ‘Health Line’, nutritionists say that a pregnant woman should make positive changes in her diet from the beginning of pregnancy, because she should use more vegetables and fruits in her diet to get vitamins and This is the time to get minerals, nutritionists prefer to use foods instead of content supplements.
