  1. First take 250 mg of olive oil and 30 grams of bay leaf.
  2. Break the leaves by hand and soak them in olive oil.
  3. Put this mixture in a glass bottle and keep it in a place where there is no light for 2 weeks.4. Be careful not to pick up the bottle before 2 weeks. Just shake the bottle well after 4 or 5 days and put it back in the dark.
  4. After 2 weeks, filter the oil through a fine muslin cloth and put it in another bottle.
  5. Keep this bottle in a cool place, and massage the oil where there is pain, and get relief from the pain.
