Diabetes is a disease in which the blood sugar level rises too much.

People with diabetes have high blood sugar levels due to the body’s inability to react to insulin.

And it is a disease for which there is no cure yet, that is, it can be controlled but not completely cured and at the same time it increases the risk of many other diseases.

The disease is spreading rapidly in the world and many people are unaware of it, which is why it is also called the silent killer disease.

However, people with diabetes often do not understand what they can and cannot eat in their diet.

Whether or not fruits rich in natural sweeteners can be part of their diet.

One such fruit that is easily available all year round is the apple.

Diabetics need to be very careful about their diet as well as their medications, ie avoid sugary foods, trans fats and junk food.

They can eat seasonal fruits and vegetables but make sure they have a low glycemic index level and apples are the only fruit that diabetics can eat without fear.
