HEEL PAIN Causes and best Treatment

Did you know that your feet and ankles are made up of 26 bones and 33 pairs? The heel is the largest bone in the foot.

Needless to say, heel pain is the most common foot problem.

This pain is usually inside or behind the heel where the powerful muscle from the shin to the heel connects to the heel bone, sometimes it is felt on the side of the heel.

If the pain is inside the heel, it is called “PLANTAR FASCIITIS” which is the most common cause of pain in the heel while the pain behind the heel is called “ACHILLES TENDINITIS”.

Often the pain is not the result of an injury that is not severe at first but increases in severity ,and many times it becomes difficult to move.

This pain usually goes away without treatment, but many times it persists and becomes chronic.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::. ..Pain in the bottom of the heel is usually the result of too much pressure, which damages the tissues of the foot membrane and causes pain and stiffness.

Pain in the back of the heel can be the result of an injury to the muscle from the shin to the heel.

Sprains can also be caused by a type of fracture, joint watering, joint disease or bone disease.


By the way, complete prevention of heel pain is not possible but there are some simple steps you can take to avoid injury and pain:

1.Use well-fitting shoes that support the feet.

2.Choosing the right shoes for physical activity.

3.Scratch the muscles before exercising.

4.Speed ​​during physical activity.

5.Healthy food.

6.Relieve fatigue or discomfort in the file.

7.Trying to maintain a healthy body weight.

1.Relax as much as you can.

2.Apply ice twice daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

3.Use of common painkillers.

4.Wear shoes that are not too tight.

5.Keep your heel up instead of on the ground.

Some symptoms should be referred to a doctor immediately, which are as follows:

2.Sudden pain

3.Heading in the heel.

4.Heel swelling.

5.Unable to walk due to pain.
