Lactic acid deficiency slows down the removal of dead skin cells.Lactic acid deficiency is very useful for rural use. It is also easy to use. Take a cup of yogurt and apply it on the skin for a few minutes and then wash it off with fresh water. Or make a mask by mixing Dehi, lemon juice and oatmeal and apply on face for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash off. Or take one tablespoon of Dehi, 2 tablespoons of honey and apply the mask on the face for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it off.


The natural properties present in lemons help to reduce the oiliness in the skin as well as lighten the skin tone. Lemongrass juice is also used in many bleach creams. Experts suggest using lemon juice on the existing dark areas of the face with the help of cotton wool and wash off with plain water after 20 to 30 minutes also, cut the lemons in half and apply gently on the face. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and wash off afterwards. Mix lemon juice, honey and olive oil and massage on face for 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse with plain water. One precaution is to never go out in the sun after applying lemon juice and never apply it on the existing wounds on the skin.


In Asian countries, women have long used rice powder in water to whiten their skin. Modern science has also confirmed that rice powder helps to improve skin color. Rice powder is a natural way to protect the skin from the sun’s rays. The method of making this mask is simple.Mix milk and warm water to make a paste in a cup of rice powder. Once the paste is formed, apply it on the face for 20 to 30 minutes and wash off with warm water. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a week.


Almond oil is very useful for the skin. It contains saturated fatty acids, minerals and vitamins E, B2, B6, PP which helps in lightening the skin tone. It also protects the face from wrinkles and is also useful for removing blemishes on the skin. How to use Experts recommend that you take sweet almond oil and warm it a little and massage it on the face and neck. Leave on face and neck for 10 to 15 minutes, then wipe clean. Repeat this process before going to bed.


Tomatoes contain a natural bleaching agent that is good for the skin. Tomato juice provides energy to the skin which is a perfect cure for skin diseases. Tomatoes also contain a large amount of vitamin C. Usage: Take a small tomato and apply its pulp on the skin and then leave it for 15 to 20 minutes to dry. Finally wash with water. Alternatively, add a tablespoon of tomato juice to a few drops of lemon juice and apply on face for 15 minutes. All of these treatments are effective in providing energy to the skin as well as brightening the skin tone.
