The common cold is a common ailment for most people in all seasons, but the runny nose is not the biggest problem, but the most painful factor is sore throat, which makes it difficult to swallow food and force you to change your bed.

This burning sensation can last for many days but the good news is that there is a cure for it in your home Which is also helpful in getting rid of persistent cough.

1.Cinnamon
