It is often the case that nerve fibers are suppressed as a result of pressure or force on a part of the body, as a result of which the brain receives warning signals.

Pressure on the nerve fibers causes a feeling of tightness in the muscles or pulse or arteries and this is why it is also called nerve compression disease which is also called nerve compression.

The disease causes damage to the nerves and its symptoms include pain, numbness and weakness.

  • Symptoms *
    ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: The warning signs of this problem may vary from person to person as it depends on which part of the body the problem is affecting.
  • However, some of the common symptoms are as follows: *** . . . . ….Tingling, burning, numbness, pain, muscle weakness, pain with a tingling sensation, as if the affected part were asleep.

These symptoms can be more painful after lying down or falling asleep.

A person with this problem of nerve compression may have an increased risk of other problems such as pain in muscle or muscle tissue, sweating and pain in the fingers due to compression of the nerve in the palm.

Squeezing can occur in any part of the body, but mostly in the neck, back, elbows and palms.

But the good thing is that it is possible to reduce this pain by doing a few things while staying at home and here are some such ‘household tips’.

  • Reasons *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::.. This problem usually occurs when a nerve is damaged and it is unable to send signals to the brain as usual, resulting in sensations such as needle sticking and numbness.

There are a number of reasons for this, such as shaking of the ankle or shaking of the bone. Joint diseases are also a possible cause.

Certain habits and activities can also cause this, such as poor posture, standing or walking.

Injuries or injuries to the same area during sports can also increase nerve pressure, which is more common in obese people.

  • Extra sleep and rest *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::. Sleep is essential for nerve restoration, the body repairs itself during sleep, so giving it more time can help reduce the symptoms of nausea more quickly.

In most cases the problem of resting the affected area and suppressing the nerve with extra sleep resolves on its own.

When treating this problem, it is important to take care not to use too much nerves as this can make the problem worse. Affected people should avoid activities that affect the nerves of the affected area. Sleep should be done in a position that reduces the pressure on the nerves.

  • Sitting or standing posture *::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::If you do not sit or stand properly, you are more likely to have varicose veins or the problem may be more serious. Damage to the muscles can lead to varicose veins.

The use of cushions, adjustable chairs and relaxation of the neck while sitting can reduce this pressure and help restore the affected area.

  • Pain killers*
    ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::. . . . . Common painkillers available in the market can also help to overcome this problem. The use of anti-inflammatory drugs can reduce the swelling and provide relief in pain, however, the use of any medicine only on the advice of a doctor. It is better to do.
  • Scratching and Yoga *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Mild scratching and yoga can also help reduce tension and pressure on the affected area, but it is important to avoid excessive scratching or it can be reversed. If you feel any pain or discomfort during this exercise, stop immediately so that the nerves are not further damaged.
  • Massage or physical therapy *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
    Massage can also help reduce physical pain and tension, by gently pressing on the affected area to reduce the tension on it, while the file can also be relaxed. Similarly, physical therapy, which combines exercise, massage and scratches, also helps to get rid of this problem.
  • Keep your legs slightly up *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::People with low back pain should keep pillows under their knees while resting so that their legs are at a 45 degree angle and this will help reduce the pressure on the spine.
  • Get help from ice and heat *
    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::..Heating and ice packs can also reduce swelling and inflammation, a combination of warmth and cooling can add fresh blood to the affected area, which can also reduce pain. Applying ice pack on the affected area 3 times a day for 15 minutes can reduce the swelling, similarly placing a warm pad on the affected area 3 times a day for an hour can also be beneficial.
  • Lifestyle changes *::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Getting into the habit of taking long walks or light physical activities on a long-term basis will help reduce these symptoms and maintain body composition. Losing extra body weight also reduces the pressure on the nerves, while knowing the workout also makes it easier to control the swelling.
  • When to see a doctor? *
    =================_==
