Causes and Treatment Of Constipation
Constipation is a disease which is called the mother of diseases. Today, every fourth person suffers from this disease. If the bowel movement does not come as usual, a little or on the second or third day, it is called constipation. Lack of regular bowel movements leads to heaviness in the body and also reduces appetite, because when there is no space in the intestines, it is not possible to enter new food and when food does not enter, energy is reduced. If there is weakness in the muscles, it also causes constipation.
The most important thing in treating constipation is diet.
An important treatment for constipation is to schedule defecation. You should get up in the morning and go to the toilet at a certain time after eating something. On the contrary, even if there is no need to go, it becomes a habit to go to the toilet on time, but if you do not go on an empty stomach, you must eat something. Eat dinner, there should be an interval of at least three hours between eating and sleeping at night and walking five hundred steps between this interval creates energy in the intestines which results in satisfying bowel movements the next day. Make it a habit to use honey and use green leafy vegetables.
Barley porridge is also very useful in stomach ailments. It swells in the stomach and accelerates the process of defecation by creating a burden on the intestines. 1.* Food should be eaten on time.
2.* Do not go to bed early after dinner and walk.
3.* Watermelon or melon cleans the stomach before eating.
4.* Barley porridge for breakfast cleanses the intestines.
5.* Do not sift the flour and cook it. Because its straw is a cure for constipation and heart.
6.* Eating two or three dried figs after every meal not only relieves constipation but also cures hemorrhoids.
There are some precautionary measures and treatments for constipation that can be done to get rid of the disease by following them regularly.
1.* Drink a glass of lukewarm water before going to bed at night.
2.* Take isabghol peel with water or milk.
3.* Eat peaches, guavas and grapes daily.
4.* Walnut is a means of immediate relief in case of constipation. It reaches the stomach and pushes it forward by creating movement in the waste.
5.* Flax seeds are rich in fiber. Drink half a glass of lukewarm water mixed with a few drops of lemon and a teaspoon of honey daily.
6.* Proven asbaghol and mustard seeds should be weighed and used in the morning and evening in small teaspoons will get rid of constipation and hemorrhoids.
7.* Take a few drops of almond oil in a glass of lukewarm milk at night before going to bed.
8.* Eat peeled pulses, use less meat and eggs.
9.* Include breakfast foods that are high in fiber. Such as corn flakes, milk, beans, beans, apricots, figs, pears, plums, barley and corn. All of them are rich in fiber. It should be included in your breakfast.
