There are two reasons for burning or tingling in the feet; a neurological disorder we don’t know about and diabetes. If you think your feet are burning or there is a burning sensation in your feet. You will need to consult your doctor to find out the cause. And if you already know the cause of copper burn and you want to treat it in natural ways then here are a few tips for you.

Change diet.

If you have diabetes, it is your diet that causes this problem. Therefore, eat a diet that will keep your sugar levels normal. Don’t forget to take your insulin. Instead of overeating three times a day, eat small meals five or six times a day. Controlling sugar through a good diet. Very useful for foot irritation.

Quit smoking.

The main reason for the weakness of the nerves is smoking. Quitting smoking will improve the nerves more quickly.

Soak the feet in water.

Put two to three teaspoons of Epsom Salt in lukewarm water and soak your feet for 15 minutes. Doing so will soothe your feet and relieve pain.Dry your feet after 15 minutes. And then apply any lotion because Epsom Salt will dry your feet out too much.

Avoid
Alcohol Excessive.

consumption of alcohol can also damage the nerves, as nerve damage is a major cause of foot irritation. So it is best to do everything possible to avoid alcohol.
If you control it, it will help Narrows to get better. This is also a great way to avoid foot irritation.

Clove oil.

Take clove oil and rub it on the feet. During the massage of the feet, the blood will increase and the discomfort will decrease. Do this at least once a day.

K. Paper
crushed red pepper which belongs to the type of capsicum. Put this powder in socks and wear socks. This pepper will keep your feet warm and will speed up the blood circulation in the legs. If there is any type of wound in your foot, do not use it.
