Do you often suffer from “HEADACHES”.

If you frequently experience a headache, it may be because of your general habit.

In fact, over-consumption of caffeine drinks can significantly increase the risk of a migraine or headache.

This was revealed in a US medical study.

Harvard University’s research primarily examined the relationship between coffee drinking and migraine and discovered that drinking 2 cups of coffee or other caffeine drinks a day, such as tea, is not likely to cause migraine.

However, drinking 3 cups increases the likelihood of an attack of pain by 40% while in the case of 5 cups the risk increases to 161%Researchers say that consuming one or two cups of caffeine daily does not cause migraine, but drinking 3 or more cups can definitely cause half a headache.

Needless to say, millions of people around the world suffer from migraines, which is very distressing because it can often lead to irritating, heartbreaking conditions.

Research published in the American Journal of Medicine also states that the effect of caffeine on half a headache is quite complex because it depends on various factors, but in some people it can have painful effects.

Dozens of migraine sufferers were evaluated for 6 weeks during this study, and to what extent caffeinated beverages had an effect.
Researchers say it’s not yet clear why these drinks cause migraines, but drinking them can potentially cause abnormal brain activity, while stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation and hormone system changes. There are also reasons.

Lack of water in the body can also lead to migraines, while not eating any food at any time is an issue.

Common painkillers are often an effective treatment, but sleeping in a dark or dark room can provide relief.
