Cough is not a problem for a person and often leads to various problems.

If you are suffering from a cough, try using natural prescriptions that can give you comfort at home before consulting an expensive medicine or doctor.

  • Honey, linseed and honey *
    Boiling cardamom seeds in the water creates a thicker gel in which the addition of honey and lemon reduces the cough. This syrup or syrup is great for coughing. For this you should boil two to three teaspoons of cardamom seeds in a cup of water until the water is thick. Then add three to three teaspoons of honey and lemon slices.
